Hi 😊 I’m Cherie, wife and mother of 3 awesome children – two sons and a daughter each one of these exceptional humans create a bubble of infinite love and a humbling sense of pride and joy within my heart.
I breastfeed my three children, their individual breast feeding experiences etched forever in my heart, the joy and closeness to each baby undeniable.
I experienced the challenges of oversupply with each baby. With my firstborn I had mastitis on three occasions during the first six months; with bubs two and three I had worked out my own plan of prevention.
I’m a very proud grandmother- ‘Noonie Cherié to four inspirational grand-babies, and have had the ultimate privilege as a mother-in law to walk alongside my two beautiful daughter-in -laws on their unique breastfeeding journeys.
My passion in nurturing mothers, fathers, babies & families were born at an early age. Babies were a magnet for me as a young girl, that matured into a 30 + year vocation in Midwifery/ Lactation and Child Health.
I have been privileged to walk alongside numerous families over the years, in delivery suite, in hospital and community settings and in families’ homes, delivering research - based evidence education that is tailored made for individuals/families.
My goal is to share with you all you need to know to navigate this new path: I will listen to your concerns/questions, I hear you, and we will walk together in creating solutions to achieve your goals in the transition to parenthood that is uniquely yours.
